Hello! I am Mrs. Stephanie Marsala. This is my 15th year teaching secondary math. I enjoy teaching because it combines two of my favorite things, helping youth and mathematics. Math has always been my favorite subject in school, and I earned a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from College of Idaho in 2005. After working in a few jobs, I decided to go back to school to become a teacher, and I earned my teaching certificate through Boise State University in 2010.
I have lived in Idaho my whole life. I love everything that Idaho has to offer, and I have many family members here. I enjoy camping and huckleberry picking.
I belong to the Barons car club and drag race team, and I drag race at Firebird Raceway. My car goes about 13 seconds in the quarter mile and a maximum speed of 107 miles per hour.
In the last couple of years, I have decided to focus on my physical health. I challenge myself to do better by weight lifting and training for strongman competitions. So far, I have competed in two events and I am currently training for my third competition.
I spend most of my time with my two girls, Emma and Carlie, who keep me busy. We have two pugs Minnie and Daisy.
